    fear not, america

    Wow, I totally felt like Bernie Mac there for a minute with the "america" bit on the end there. 

    Now the farther and farther this writers guild strike carries on some might be worried at the impending void of quality television to come.  But I say fear not.  Fear not, for I have just seen an ad for a new abc series Eli Stone, and although the volume was  turned down rather low I was able to surmise from visual clues that the show will feature a middle aged man who has visions of the singer songwriter George Michael.  We can only hope that GM is dispensing some sort of spiritual guidance.  Things for '08 are looking up already I'd say.
